CLINICAL REFLEXOLOGY

During a Clinical reflexology treatment all body systems will be worked.  These include the Musculoskeletal, Nervous, Respiratory, Lymphatic, Digestive, Urinary and Endocrine system.

Through using a variety of techniques I am able to identify any imbalances within the body which may be as a result of stress, illness or injury. Working the reflexes on the feet in a specific way can then initiate a positive response in the corresponding area of the body.  This in turn can help to stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms to rebalance both body and mind.

It is a very unique treatment experience using specific techniques on the feet which are linked with powerful focussed intent, a truly empowering experience for many.

MATERNITY 

REFLEXOLOGY

This treatment is aimed specifically at supporting and helping women during pre-conception, pregnancy, labour and the post-natal period.  Treatments are adapted to support each stage, promoting relaxation, improving circulation and stimulating vital organs, to nurture both mother and baby.

AROMA REFLEX

Encompassing all of the benefits of reflexology with a blend of essential oils tailored specifically to your needs.  Extend the benefits of the treatment further and take your blend of essential oils home to continue to use between treatments (A variety of mediums are available +£5)

HAND REFLEXOLOGY

This treatment is performed on the hands and incorporates many of the benefits of the clinical reflexology treatment outlined above.  It is a very relaxing treatment to rebalance body and mind.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award winning technique developed by Sally Kay to help ladies suffering with secondary lymphoedema of the arm as a result of breast cancer surgery.  The technique focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system mapped out on the feet and has proven very successful in alleviating the pain and swelling associated with lymphoedema. As RLD encourages the body’s own defence system, it has also shown through clinical trials to help with many other auto-immune disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis, eczema,  psoriasis, asthma, allergies/hayfever, Fibromyalgia/CFS/ME, migraines and digestive disorders including IBS/Colitis/Crohnes and Coeliac.
