I have always had a keen interest in alternative therapies, particularly Reflexology and this became even more fascinating to me after falling pregnant with my first child following Reflexology treatments.

I received my Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology from the Gaia School of Natural Health.  I have completed additional training in Adapted Reflextherapy (AdRx), Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), Reflexology for Women’s Health, Orthopedic Reflexology, Dien Chan Zone Facial reflexology, and the Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology.

I also offer workshops using the Functional Reflex Therapy Framework (FRT) rainbow relaxation routine.  

These workshops can be tailored to the individual from a self care perspective, or to help a friend or family member who may have additional needs.    

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), Professional Reflexology (PRM) and Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT).
