WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING A REFLEXOLOGY SESSION?
Firstly I will make sure you are reclined and comfortable before beginning the session cleansing the feet with warm towels. I will work the feet using different pressures and techniques paying particular attention to any out of balance reflexes. At the end of the session I will discuss my findings and aftercare advice, in addition to a plan for further treatments as required.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It is advisable to wear loose trousers so they can be rolled up comfortably to enable the foot and lower leg to be worked.
