Structural Reflexology® is a therapeutic method developed by Geraldine Villeneuve that integrates foot reflexology, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology to release tension and compensation throughout the body by improving foot and lower leg function.
The goal is to restore comfortable and functional foot alignment to alleviate pain, improve balance and enhance overall well-being.

What to Expect
After an initial consultation including a full medical history, the feet will be measured with a Brannock device and foot imprints will be taken to analyze weight distribution and gait.
The full treatment begins with preparing the feet and lower leg through massage, before reflexing the feet and leg, working the muscles, ligaments and attachment sites on the feet. The final stage involves lying in a prone position to carry out PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching and foot mobilisation techniques.
